Financial Analyst (Irvine, CA)

 

Dig, sort and acquire the key trends from the raw data; Assist the design, report, analysis and execution of business strategic plan which requires knowledge or experiences on transaction, financial modeling, and underwriting experiences in real estate and investment related industry; Inform investment decisions by analyzing financial information to forecast company, industry, or economic conditions; Conduct due diligence of potential real estate investment opportunities; interpret data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment programs; Conclude the company's quarterly financial performance report and analyze the potential financial risks of the company by building the proper financial model; Recommend investments and investment timing to U.S. Chief Representative or Investment Managing Director; Prepare plans of action for investment, using financial analysis; Present oral or written reports on US and China economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries; Communicate with supervisors weekly about the financial conditions and government policies changes which happen around the area as well as whole nation.

 

Requirement:

 

Master’s degree in FINANCE/BUSINESS. Proficient in Mandarin (written and speaking).
